As a Management Consultant, Paul has contributed to the success of businesses across a wide range of sectors – including technology, manufacturing and construction, government, transportation, utilities, hospitality and healthcare.

Paul has provided professional development and mentoring for dozens of companies and for hundreds of individuals at virtually all levels and functions.

Paul led Management Consulting Services from 2005 to 2010 for the regional accounting firm Dixon Hughes Goodman (previously Goodman & Company).

For 11 years prior, he served as President of Strategic Associates, an independent business consulting firm dedicated to preparing people and organizations to achieve excellence.

Other industry experience includes:

  • Director of Corporate Development – including supply chain development, product and process management, corporate management systems, sales and marketing.
  • Plant Management – and virtually every other facet of the manufacturing process during 8 progressive positions, 6 locations, and 19 years with Nestle USA.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University and serves the community via several civic boards.
